what do you think a good deck would consist of?...in my opinion the slivers and my zombie deck are pretty close for the top on my list...

They are good, but you need to think for a minute. If you're going to a tournament or want to join the Pro Tour, you can't necessarily use what ever you want.

The way you and I play, I think the the Boggarts (Goblins of Lorwyn) are about the best way to go, unless you just don't like bashing your own creatures.

Arcbounds are also pretty good if you throw in sacrificial cards, like the Nantuko Husk I've used on you so often, or cards like Scorched Rusalka. (R, Sacrifice a creature: Scorched Rusalka deals one damage to target player.) If you use either of them with Grave Pact, you're on your way to a field-control deck.

The only other good idea I can share (without touching Kamigawa; Arcanes can be royally abused.) would be mono-blue or blue-green decks. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of mono colors, because a single circle of protection at the wrong time could completely ruin you. (Outside of Blue, anytime seems to be the wrong time, and it's bad for Blue if you don't have a conter spell in your hand or the mana to use it.) For this reason, I say to go Blue-Green with huge mana-acceleration and lot's of low cost counters. If you really want to get someone's blood to boil, add Echoing Truth.

Let's look at some good cards in Blue-Green:

Lanowar Elves
Priest of Titania
Elvish Harbinger
Unsummon
Echoing Truth

Lanowar Elves is your simple "T: Add one G to your mana pool." Priest of Titania adds one G for each Elf you control. Elvish Harbinger can help you search for any Elf in your deck, then produce one mana of any color. Unsummon returns one target creature to your opponent's hand, while Echoing Truth returns all nonland permanents with the same name to your opponent's hand. (It doesn't affect your field.)

im my persional opinion...in my opinon one of my friends dragon decks was sweeter than pie. he could put out dragons in a slpit second and deal some massive dammage with only like 5 mana...[i think clint or chase had it...im not shure...]

It was Clint's. I used it once. But what I'm saying is Blue-Green Piss Off...

Quick mana for counterspells and returns. Match that with a few higher-up Green creatures and some Blue enchantments (especially Flight of Fancy, which gives enchanted creature flying and you get to draw a card. Or worse, Followed Footsteps and Doubling Season combo.), and you've got an amazing deck.

About the only thing I can think of that would be better would be Mono-Red Mega-Burn. Four Shocks, Blazes, a few Shatters and Stuns, and a couple of Raging Goblins. Best part about those cards: Blaze is the highest cost, depending on when you use it. Right off the bat, not really, but with X R... That card is dangerous.

But if you're not facing off against a Blue-Green Accelerated Piss Off, go with Red-Black Sacrificial. The Boggarts from Lorwyn make a nice starter, if not Infectious Host and Scorched Rusalka, like I said above.
