I have been creating my own world. I have decided to turn it into a roleplay. This role play will be slightly different than the ninja role play. In this role play, there is going to be less fighting. Also, I will be god. I can determine whether what you are doing is legal or not, according to how I invision the world. So let me begin my description.
The world is called Arbiter. It is in a different universe than Earth, but the people are almost identical to humans(In appearance). The planet has less ground than Earth does. The land masses are nothing more than an archipelago. In this world, I will control two characters: A traveling priest known as Dwain, and a respected elder priest called Indel.
I will be including more specific information in the role play discussion section.

OK, I am not technically good. Im just refering to the level of say I would have in what happens. God is not a character that you can be in this world. I will be controlling two priests in this world. It was only an expression.

Sort of. It just makes sense because I designed the islands, animals and physics for this world. I'll finish the islands this evening. Then I will do the first post.

yarr. i hardly ever think that far ahead. i will make part of the world, part of the civilizations, part of everything else, then either make up a whole bunch of stuff as i go, or end up changing everything depending on what the situation calls for...it all comes back to my lack of planning skills...

Well, the physics wasn't hard. All I did was lower the strength of gravity and lighten the atmosphere. As for the animals, I still haven't finished populating this planet. Just the bare minimum at this point.

[Alright, Here I go. Sorry for the delay.]

"Thank you, Dwain. Now we can all get back to work."
Dwain looks at the pack of miners. "Don't thank me. My job is to grant my wisdom wherever it is required. This strike has gone on too long. The livelyhoods of the strikers started to become an issue. I am just glad that I was called in time to end the strike."
"We can never thank you enough. We even got a wage increase! We were only looking for a benfit increase. Thank you so much. Won't you stay for our party?"
"No, I must return to my wandering. Other people are in need of my help. Farewell!!" Dwain cries as he turns to leave.
"Farewell kind sir. We will not forget you."
Dwain walks away from the mining community. The wind whips up flakes of clay, as Dwain slowly loses himself in his thoughts.
"WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" *THUMP*. "OH, man what happened." Dwain looks up and finds himself inside of a giant hole in the clay. "Oh crap, an Umpoli hole. HEY, CAN ANYONE HEAR ME!!??"
Some miners heads appear at the top of the 30 ft hole. "DWAIN, IS THAT YOU? WHAT HAPPENED?"
"I WAS WALKING AND I FELL INTO THIS HOLE. GET A ROPE, IT'S TO HIGH TO JUMP."
"Guys, Dwain fell into a hole; get a rope!"
A rope falls to the hole and Dwain grabs it. "ALRIGHT GUYS START PULLING."

Indel sits in his plush chair inside of his minimalistic bedroom. He is deep in meditation, but images of the worlds problems keep trying to invade his reverie. There is a knock at his door.
"Enter."
The door opens and one of the priests of the temple enters. "Great Drense Indel, we have news from the Monitors. They believe they strike on Rolgarrandos."
"So, Dwain did succeed. For such a young man he is surprisingly wise fellow. Thank you. Send word to the outposts that gem production will start soon."
"Yes Drense Indel." The man exits the room.
Indel returns to his meditation, with one less thing to worry him.

[Guess who I'm using. Magic allowed? I remember something once saying only primitive weapons, like swords and such, but I recall nothing about magic.]
Why are there so many people around that hole in the ground? I just got here, and already the locals are acting wierd...
A tall man, wearing a large black cloak with a hood over his head, walked up to the closest man in the group.
"Excuse me, sir, but why are you around this large hole?"
The local man looked at the stranger in an odd fashion. "Dwain fell in, he needs help. Um, may I ask your name?"
The cloaked man ignored the miner, and walked right up to the rope. "Dwain, is it? I'll help." One arm emerged from the cloak and grabbed the rope. The strange figure tugged on it slightly. "That's kinda heavy." The other arm slowly revealed itself, and all the miners could see that both were bandaged heavily. The man in black pulled harder on the rope, pulling Dwain up with feigned ease.
"That man in the said you fell in this hole. Did you not see it?" The man's voice, though scratchy, suggesting a lack of water, sounded airy, almost apathetic. "It's kinda hard to miss, really. Perhaps you're blind!"
[Actually, I'm going to introduce a new character. Later on, you'll find out what he has to do with Nerameshu.]

[Sorry man, no magic. Now, if you want your characters to be alchemists who mess with chemicals and stuff, that's fine. But no magic. The only magic is the priests who have healing and other spells of that sort. Some of the old guys can move stuff without touching it, but that's it. I am trying to keep this semi realistic.]
"Oh, I am terribly sorry sir. I have a bad habit of starring at the sky when i am lost in thought. I really can't apologize enough for my clumsiness, sir. My name is Dwain, I am traveling priest of Gaia. I came to this island to end the miners strike. We just finished negotiations, and I was on my way to Cruscant when I fell in the Umpoli hole. Again, thank you so much for getting me out mister... I am sorry how rude of me. What is you're name, sir?"

[Ok, so no magic. Darn. An I don't really want to mess with alchemy, too confusing at times... Ok. He'll just play the Shikamaru of this RP, lol]
The man in the cloak was staring at the sky. "I'm sorry, did you say something?" He seemed to be trying to remember something, perhaps an old secret, or the culture of a lost civilization, and then he found his thought. "You asked my name, didn't you?"
He looked around at the miners, finally showing that his entire face, except for his brilliant, crystal blue eyes, was also covered, this time by the same material his cloak was made of, but also showing shoulder-length blue-black hair. "Well, my name's Yawin." He bent extremely close to Dwain, and was suddenly glad his face was covered. "You said you were heading to Cruscant? Can I accompany you? It'd be quite lonely if you went yourself, and frankly, miner town scare. They might collapse under your feet, you know, and since I'm quite afraid of heights, I don't want to be up here when the ground," rambled Yawin, pointing at the ground, "decides to end up down there."

[It's a different world. Just like Naruto is a different realm, and just like Namek from Dragon Ball Z is different from earth. Each world has its own rules, and the rules in Arbiter aren't the same as the ones on Earth. Trust me, Mass, it's ok.]

[Not quite braty, but you were complaining. The thing you hafta remember, though, is that this would be Real Life if Earth were like Arbiter. However, Arbiter takes Earth and loosens the physics just a little. That's the only way it's not 'real'.]

[Trust me, Mass, this is a real life RP. As proof, I offer the main conflict in this RP. The main conflict is that there is a rebellion against the world governments. This rebellion is led by normal guys with normal weapons of this planet. No dark controlling entities with super human powers, no clashes of titanic warriors in hand to hand combat. The only magic is the priest who can heal people, which amounts to little more than a plot device to avoid inventing a whole new system of medicine, which I don't have the energy to devise. You can create a character who has a family on some remote island, or you could have a character who is a soldier in the army. It is really wide open.]
